Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances The role involves: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
