Bar waiter • Casey County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Casey County, Kentucky. Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
