Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems The role involves: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
