Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Part-time with flexible hours.
