We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ado, Benue State. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
