Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Franklin County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift You will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
