The role involves: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
