The role involves: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
