We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Saki West, Oyo State. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
