Kitchen cook — Moore County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Moore County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
