Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Takum, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Performance bonus on top of base pay.
