Toolroom milling operator — Delaware County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Delaware County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
