Port container crane operator — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Jackson County, Ohio. You will work on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
