What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Rotating shifts.
