Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Rabah, Sokoto State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
