Line cook — Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Union County, Florida. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
