Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Ahoada West, Rivers State. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
