Argon welder — Oru West

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Oru West, Imo State. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
