Bakery assistant — Lafia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lafia, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing We offer ₦1,650 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
