We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Kane County, Utah. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
