VMC operator wanted in Okene

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Okene, Kogi State. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade The role involves set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
