Plant operator (dozer) — Brown County

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Brown County, Kansas. You will be based at a land-clearing site. You will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
