Powder coating sprayer — Saint Clair County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Saint Clair County, Illinois. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Performance bonus on top of base pay.
