Café server • Mobbar, Borno State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Mobbar, Borno State. You will clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
