Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Badagry, Lagos State. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
