Now hiring: we are hiring a laundry presser in Camp County, Texas. You will work in a tailoring workshop. Day to day you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
