D6/D8 dozer operator — Rock County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Rock County, Minnesota. The job is on a road construction project. The role involves: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Refuel the machine and record running hours Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain We offer $18 per hour plus benefits.
