Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Concho County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
