Meat trimmer — Ofu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ofu, Kogi State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
