Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Part-time with flexible hours.
