Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
