You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
