Abattoir worker — Ini

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ini, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
