Foundry operative wanted in Tsafe

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry operative in Tsafe, Zamfara State. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Your main tasks: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Full-time, day shift.
