Bread baker — Odo Otin

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Odo Otin, Osun State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
