Deboner — Uvalde County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Uvalde County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
