Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Biu, Borno State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦1,450 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
