Dough maker • Ifo, Ogun State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Ifo, Ogun State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
