Powder coating technician • Ose, Ondo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ose, Ondo State. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
