Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Ikara, Kaduna State. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
