Plant operator — Oke Ero

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Oke Ero, Kwara State. You will be based on a housing development site. On a typical shift you will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
