We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Baylor County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 6+ years on the tools preferred.
