Immediate opening: electrostatic spray painter (Lagos State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ojo, Lagos State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
