Oven operator — Balanga

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Balanga, Gombe State. The job is at a cake shop. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
