Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Kwami, Gombe State. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts. ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
