You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
