Mining dozer operator — Boyle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Boyle County, Kentucky. You will be based on a road construction project. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence On the job you will handle: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid Rotating shifts.
