Hydraulic press operator — Walker County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Walker County, Alabama. The role involves: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
