Bread and bun maker • Hardee County, Florida

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hardee County, Florida. You will be based in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
