Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Mitchell County, Iowa. Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites You will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains.
